4. Form No-D: This form is used in case of a change in Any partners name change or the change in address. This provision come under the partnership act 62 and 69A.
5.Form No-E: This form is used in case of a change in Event Change or at the time of the merger of partnership. This form also needs to sign all partners (including old, new and also a partner of all time ). Its need to submit before 90 days after the change in partnership otherwise you need a late fee per day. This provision come under the partnership act 63 (1) and 69A.
6.Form No-F: If any minor(18-year-old) partner become the Mature then this need to fill this form if he wanted/not wanted to continue the partnership.
