1.Mortgagee Name, Address and Authorized person Name, Address, Occupation, Age ETC
2. Mortgagor Name, Address, Occupation, Age ETC.
3.Property Description of property in detail which gets the release.
4. Include details of Document number, Year and Sub-registrar office Number of Mortgage Deed.
5. Mention the secure loan amount which gets the release.
6. The Mortgagor has paid the entire principal amount along with the interest thereon and the costs there of utilized by this under the instalment up till now.
7. The Mortgagee hereby acknowledges the said payment and thus no separate receipt is necessary for the same.
8. The Mortgagee hereby redeems or re conveys up to the Mortgagor all the property or rights acquired therein by way of the said mortgage deed to hold the same up to and to the use of the Mortgagor as absolute owner discharged from the principal money and interest secured by and from all claims and demands under the aforesaid mortgage deed
9. The Mortgagee declare that they have realized all their rights, titles, interest in the said property from hereto
10. The Mortgagor is to bear the costs and expenses, including stamp duty, registration charges and legal charges etc in respect of this deed.
